Breathwork with The Survivor Coach


Join Caroline Brunne for an evening of transformative breathwork aimed at stress relief and deep relaxation. This session will guide you through a long, slow, and deep (LSD) breathwork technique, incorporating breath retentions to help you connect with your inner self.

Yoga mats and bolsters will be provided; just bring along a water bottle, a journal, a pen, and a blanket if you'd like to make yourself extra comfy.
