What to Expect
Over the next five days, you will:
Reflect on your current relationship with yourself and others.
Explore your values, needs, and beliefs.
Learn the difference between self-love and self-care.
Engage in activities that promote self-worth and healthy boundaries.
Manifest your ideal relationship using the Law of Attraction.
This challenge will help you move from:
people pleasing to being able to say no without feeling guilty
being your own worst enemy to your own best friend
hanging out with people who treat you poorly to loving yourself so much you never allow anyone to treat you like shit again!
Day 1: Welcome
Focus: Self-Reflection
Activities: Complete a reflection exercise to assess your current state of self-love and identify areas for improvement.
Day 2: Values, Beliefs, and Needs
Focus: Understanding Your Core Values
Activities: Answer questions to explore your values and how they influence your relationships.
Day 3: Self-Love vs. Self-Care
Focus: The Importance of Self-Love
Activities: Learn the difference between self-care and self-love, and reflect on your own practices.
Day 4: Project Self-Worth
Focus: Building Self-Worth
Activities: Engage in exercises to enhance your self-worth and set healthy boundaries.
Day 5: The Finale
Focus: Manifesting Your Ideal Relationship
Activities: Create a wish list for your ideal partner and reflect on the qualities you want in a relationship.
